It’s for COMMITED clients who want to get their loan totally approved (except appraisal) and have the ability to lock their loan for up to 120 days after the loan is approved.  With rates rising, this can be a great way to eliminate surprises and keep them engaged.  

If they are not committed, we can’t waste the lender’s time.A TBD is (To Be determined) is a program where we submit a loan package to the lender with everything except the address of the property.  This allows them to shop while we get them approved.
