A native San Franciscan, Loukia Karneris is a 4th generation Real Estate agent whose family has been involved in the industry since 1907. After living and working abroad then starting a family, she decided to move back to her hometown and pursue her passion; helping people achieve homeownership.
 
A top producing Bay Area agent, Loukia brings many essential skills to the table, and she leverages her strong knowledge of the local market, smart, aggressive marketing strategies, savvy negotiation skills, and a penchant for never taking no for an answer. Loukia has garnered a long track record of consistent results, placing her buying clients into their dream home at the right price points and getting her selling clients more than their original asking price.
 
Loukia gets great personal satisfaction from helping people achieve their dream of home ownership. She goes out of her way to make that happen through patience, perseverance, integrity, and thinking outside of the box. As far as Loukia is concerned, the harder the challenge, the greater the satisfaction. When she not servicing her clients, Loukia loves painting and a future goal is to own a studio where she can create beautiful art. Animals are also dear to her heart she’d love to have the time to one day to volunteer SPCA.
